Quickbooks Support

Here at Plummer Parsons in Brighton we have many clients who use QuickBooks accounting software. We have extensive knowledge of the software, and also hold copies of different versions of the software on our own computers, to enable us to access your backups.

We are members of the QuickBooks Professional Advisor Programme, a growing community of book-keepers, accountants and IT consultants who aim to provide a wide range of services to their clients. This provides us with the software, support, and resources we need to advise our QuickBooks clients.

We offer full on-site and remote support services, to enable you to set your company up correctly on QuickBooks, and get the most out of the software. We can provide one-off problem solving or can provide you with regular assistance if required.

We are able to offer ad-hoc advice on QuickBooks, as well as help at your year end with the software, including providing you with opening balance adjustments.

Support can be provided at your premises, at our offices in Brighton, Eastbourne or Hailsham, or simply by telephone or e-mail or, if you prefer, by remote access to your system.

We are also available to assist you with monthly management accounts, Vat Returns, Payroll or simply additional training on the programme, usually on a one-to-one basis.
